Many people, including me, think that she will end up with Uryu Ishida instead. some people think Yasutora Sado (Chad) are other people just think that she doesn't belong with anyone else if ichigo is taken.

Who will Ichigo date in the series?
Ichigo does not seem to have any love interests. But on the other hand, he does seem to have a liking for Rukia more than Orihime as he was willing to leave the search for Orihime to go and find her. And also when he saved Rukia he is shown to be more serious and caring about her during the quest.

Ichigo and Rukia have a lot of chemistry. You'd be a fool to deny so. I don't see how ichigo and orihime would ever make it as a couple. All because Orihime has a little crush on him doesnt mean they're gonna get together. Ichigo hardly even notices her.I'm an Ichihime fan but I can say that they're both mutual, even though Rukia is the leading lady Orihime is still a big part of Ichigo's life.He took more time in saving Orihime from Heuco Mundo but at the same time rescued Rukia from SS. Personally I think Orihime should get together with Ichigo because she has loved him most of her life but he's just too dense to notice her feelings. He also changes into a monster to protect her which is pretty big? SHE HAS A CRUSH (NOT LOVE) I think that Ichigo should be with Orihime because its very obvious that Orihime has a huge crush on him. I understand that him and Rukia have a strong bond but I can only see them together as friends. I think that Orihime would be much better for Ichigo because she's cheerful and encouraging. I have to admit that she doesn't have any skills to battle, but she has great healing powers and they come in handy all the time. I think Rukia is more fit for Renji because Renji has been liking Rukia ever since they were little kids.AnswerIchigo has a very special relationship with Rukia that transcends friendship. Yes she does however she is to insecure about her feelings to tell him straight out. Before she was taken off to Hueco Mundo Ichigo was the one person she chose to see. She even almost kissed him when he was asleep but chose against it and after admitting her feelings she left. Tite Kubo most likely will not lean one way or another any time soon as he wants both the Rukia fanbase and Orihime fanbase to grow with anticipation over who will end up with who when all is said and done.

In a lot of fan sites, Ichigo is said to have a crush on Rukia, although he doesn't show it. They make up names just like IchixRuki (IchigoxRukia). In the beginning of the series "Bleach", it doesn't seem like they're a good match, but it'll start working out as you get to the episodes in the 60s to the end of the series. Kubo Tite has not mentioned anything about Ichigo having a crush on someone in Bleach

Bleach is an on-going Manga/Anime - I'm also assuming that's what you're talking about, but so far there are no pairings. Currently, I am an Ichigo/Rukia shipper, so I dearly hope they end up together. ^^
Does people hate orihime?
There isn't any technical romance in bleach (you could count orihime's love for ichigo as romance I suppose, however they're not together). However I think Ishida might like her by the way he tends to look at her and worry about her.
