Both of them don't. It's more like Naruto saved the day again. So I guess you could count that as a win in Sasuke's part.

Naruto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because, it may look like sasuke won but he didn't, naruto actually fell asleep in the original 1995 manga. he fell a sleep from exuastion and nine tail tiring out naruto's body during the fight with all the chakra. Plus, in the original manga from 1995, sasuke cusre mark form, the to giant "wings", as people call them,that gave sasuke are actually two giant hands and extra boost in the fight. and naruto woke up one minute after the fight not when kakashi rescued him. But Sasuke's Still better =) Naruto did not win in that fight. Naruto also held back in the beginning because his memories with Sasuke got in the way. If Naruto wouldve got back up from the Chidori and Rasengan collision, he wouldve won just because after the final attack, Sasuke was pretty weak.

Would sakura and karin ever fight?
I have read as far as the manga goes online, so up to 478, I believe, and so far no. Karin is watching from the sidelines as usual as Sasuke fights. She tried to help him but got kicked away with no effort. She is proving to not even know how to fight. Sakura, is on her way to where Sasuke is now, so if they did fight it would happen soon but I doubt it will be much of a match if Karin really is as weak as she's being portrayed right now. But who knows.

That is a matter of opinion. In the end of Naruto, Sasuke is stronger, but in shippuden, although Sasuke beats Naruto, it is only because Naruto doesn't try, Naruto refuses to fight Sasuke seriously due to their history as team mates. In the current manga, it seems that Naruto has grown very strong and could possibly beat Sasuke. Sadly, till they meet again we can only guess!! if your talking about the epic battle that took place in mid naruto episode 128-134 sasuke wins and could of killed naruto because itachi said the only way to get the mangeckyo sharengaen was too kill his best freind witch is naruto of course butt sasuke is determined to get it another way so in the end sasuke has a soft spot still for naruto and spares his life as for shippuden the only thing i know is sasuke tries to kill him and he freezez up and someone has too save naruto and sasuke kills that guy buy stabbing through his chest with his sword that's covered in lightning Sasuke does, there was a sneak peak where they fought like the old fight at the waterfall, and it was real, it shows that sasuke wins, and the same thing happens but instead of sasuke over him sakura finds him half dead with out the nine tail seal, it later shows that, kabuto is changing, madara has pains eye and sasuke has the nine tail power with a new sharingon...
Is naruto going to win vs Sasuke?
Well if he can control his Nine tails yea. If not he Sasuke will use that thing Itachi used when Sasuke vs Itachi and destroy him. If not Tobi or aka Madria Uchiha will destroy and capture Naruto before the battle ends. Allthough it's still an even fight. I hope Naruto wins but I think if Sasuke loses Madria still will the Nine tails when he is weak.
