I'm guessing you meant the Battle of Savannah, Georgia and have changed your question to read that way. The British won in December 1778 and captured Savannah. The British won again the next year when the Americans tried to retake Savannah. If you meant Havana, Cuba, the British also won that battle, in the French and Indian War.
