It seems the coraline beldam has metal claws to defend herself.
Alright. When Coraline returns through the little door the 2nd time, the Beldam says "how nice of you to send this nice cheddar, coraline." so then, she says "would you go fetch your father, i bet he's hungry as a PUMPKIN by now" so then, while Coraline and the Beldam is talking, right after coraline figured out her parents are stolen, the other father is a PUMPKIN. and also wen she tries to collect the 1st ghost eye. and, if you have a recording of the whole movie, or if you have the movie, in the other world, when Coraline walks through the theatre, when spink and forcible unzip their disguises, and wen they grab her, pause it. u can see the 2nd ghost eye. the third ghost eye is in mr. b's circus. Now, if your talking about what the NAME of Coraline means, im sorry for being so stupid. Well I looked it up and it says... "Coral (Latin)." i hope that helped if u saw the movie too

No, I don't think it is in theaters anymore. Try looking on sites where you can watch movies, like Netflix. It still might not be on Netflix though.
its about coraline moving into a new house that is haunted and she finds a well and then she sees a boy that gives her a teddy that looks like her and then she gets stuck in a world that she would die for until she finds out how bad it really is then she finds out that the teddy is a spy what tells what she does not like and what she wants people to fix its a good film and you can pick how to see it (3D or 2D)
The Boy Who Would Be Queen
Um, from what I've been told, it is a monster/ witch from Russian folklore that spirits children away. I not exactly sure, but I would love to read about them. It also means 'witch', and 'hag'. By the way, love the movie and the book, but the movie is nothing like the book. Might as well call Coraline Annie and have her stay to have buttons sewn into her eyes. Fudge you, Henry Selick!!

The Other Mother is like Coralines real mother exept better. Or at least that's what Coraline thinks. The Other Mother soon turns evil and wicked and traps Coraline behind a mirror so that Coraline dies and the Other Mother feeds on her. But at the end Coraline beats the Other Mother at her own game!Untill the Beldams (other mother) hand breaks off and Coraline traps it in a well! Cool Story huh? In addition, she probably is a mischevious, bad supernatural being summounded by the devil.
Coraline is told from the author's point of view, but I guess you could say from Coraline's too, just... it's not Coraline speaking or writing, whatever, when you read it.

Queen Elizabeth did not "turn" white. It was fashionable to be very pale because lower classes would get tan working outside. She would paint herself to be more white.
You put it on whatever colour your peices are so if you're black you're queen would go on the black square and.if you had a white queen it would go on the white square
You would be a character on Coraline?
I read the book and loved it so.... She opened the door and went down the stairs to a 'parallel' universe almost the same as her old house/world. Her parents (or likely replicas) had sewn on buttons for eyes though but they were very nice to Coraline. Coraline still wanted to search for her parents though but wasn't allowed to escape back. She made friends with a cat who bit by bit told her clues. Her new mother though wanted to sew buttons on Coraline's eyes. The cat told her if this happened she would have to stay there forever and Coraline did not want to. Coraline has to make a big decision. What will she do?
The story of Snow White contains a few basic issues. First: The Queen thinks that by killing Snow White, the Queen will remain young and beautiful. The Queen tries to avoid facing reality by destroying someone else. Second: Snow White escapes: The plan does not work. Others help her. Actually, in real life, some people can destroy others. Reality still exists. Snow White escapes. Third: In her attempt to destroy Snow White, the queen wounds Snow White. Fourth, the prince recognizes the situation and rescues Snow White. Fifth: The Queen then in attempting to destroy Snow White, destroys herself. "Those whom the gods would destroy they first make mad with power."
