many people can't sleep becasuse of insomania but most of the people find it difficult to sleep.the main reason behind it is 'their mind and thoughts'',a variety of thoughts running through their mind prevent them from sleeping.These thoughts are ,mostly about how did your whole day begun and how it ended ......if someone wants to sleep they can practice light mediation for five minutes. Mediatation will not be reason for your sleep but once you mediatated you can sleep easily.'who is preventing you from sleep'?? Only you are the one who is preventing.get rid of mind and you will be able to sleep easily
