Burn Notice is not on Hulu because Hulu does not own the Rights to Burn Notice, ever since 2010 when 20th Century Fox started to help produce the show. Burn Notice started as a Pilot in the Summer of 2007; it was a risk USA Network took to fill in the 9pm hour on Thursday nights - a risk that took off and never looked back. The USA network gets huge retinas for Burn Notice and makes lots of money on the Seasons of Burn Notice on DVD and Syndication TV, Burn Notice can be watched on Channel MY 9 on regular television. It used to be that Hulu would air new episodes of Burn notice but not until 8 days after it aired on the USA Network. Then it switched to 30 days after it aired on the USA network. There may also be movie tie ins to Burn Notice prequels and possibly a Silver Screen adaptation of the TV Show?
