because of the big twist, she's really a 33 yr. old that has a rare disease and all she wants is love and she tries to fall in love with her adoptive father, she fails. After that she gets mad and kills the dad (and she keeps a picture of all her adoptive fathers that shes killed) then the family, i hoped that helped if it wasn't too confusing. The movie makes way more sense.
