Binary stars can be any color that stars can be. There's no need for the two stars in a binary to be the same color.

It doesn't mean anything. There are always stars next to the Moon. Generally stars are in the one galaxy. However, it is possible for galaxies to collide or merge, so in those instances it can change.

No - as Earth rotates the stars and constellations seem to move. Also, as Earth orbits the sun over the course of a year, the stars we see at night in the winter are different than the stars we see at night in the summer. Same with Spring and Fall.
