Don't believe these people.... They are in the U.S and think the world revolves around them... Cartoon network, ban the I.P addresses from anyone outside the U.S - so you can't play it. They are releasing a AsiaPac version sometime in 2012.... So i guess you can wait or you can try and go through a U.S proxy server to mask your address.. Good Luck !
