Why did they take joy in house of Anubis?

In season 1 when she goes missing, she turns up at the play that they do. Patricia notices her and shouts "JOY!!!" then victor looks around and ends as a cliffhanger. Then patricia tries to do improv by saying " Joy, Joy and sorrow, in Egypt" then at the end of the play victor notices her and patricia shouts "Joy run!" she runs off the stage. Victor catches her and shegoesback in hiding.

At the end pf the season she fails to make the cup and then in season 2 she is back like normal.

They didn't technically take Joy away from the house. As it says in the show, this group that some teachers put together is like a society of some sort. They think that anyone who is born on July 7 at 7:00 am is the chosen one and can put the Cup of Ankh together. It turns out that Joy was born at 7:00 pm on July 7. Nina Martin (Nathalia Ramos) is actually the chosen one and is the blood line of N'Kantu. That is who the god Anubis was so angry with, he broke the Cup of Ankh into 7 pieces. Those 7 pieces were then hidden by two explorers in 1922 in the House of Anubis. Nina (Nathalia Ramos), Fabian (Brad Kavanagh), Patricia (Jade Ramsey), Jerome (Eugene Simon), Amber (Ana Mulvoy Ten), and Alfie (Alex Sawyer) try to find all of the seven pieces and put the Cup of Ankh back together. As they search, they also try to find Joy and try to help her from Rufus Zeno, the violent enemy in Nickelodeon's House of Anubis.

I live in Ireland, so they are no where near finding Joy yet. In the next episode on Monday, Mara and Mick are just starting to come together. So i do not have a clue where Joy is.
