Servers make a minimum wage of between $2 and $5 per hour, depending on the state. They make, at the very least, minimum wage, and usually average $15 to $25 per hour, or more, when you factor in their tips. Assistant managers and General managers generally make above $50,000 per year at an average sit-down restaurant. Location, type of restaurant, experience, and a number of other things will come into play, so do your homework before that interview!
