not all brits call it snogging, you wouldn't hear the queen say oy give us a snog, lol, it's a very common thing to say if your from more common places eg: shirebrook, langwith. Basically it's more common round nottingham, mansfeild, sheffeild and derbyshire. some people think it's cockney, it is used in cockney aswell, british people speak more or less the same language, but it can be confusing if your not british
