The curse is they transform when they are hugged. Ex. Momiji hugging Tohru or Tohru falling on Yuki. Just touching doesn't activate the curse. * I also thought this interesting myself. At times it seems that way, but yeah, it's when their bodies are in full contact, such as hugging,

In Indiana Jones games that feature a free play mode, you can change characters by accessing the character selection menu. This is typically done by approaching a character switch point or pressing a designated button on your controller. Once in the menu, you can choose from the available characters you've unlocked. Be sure to experiment with different characters to utilize their unique abilities for solving puzzles and progressing through the game.
No. Ritsu Sohma doesn't cut his hair in the end of fruits basket. He wears it in a ponytail to make himself look masculine, but it really doesn't do him justice.
She doesn't change into an animal sense she is not part of the family. She is just a normal girl , kind of dingy but still normal.
rotening fruits would change by color, texture, size, and softness. for example, rotten strawberries would: turn from light red to dark red and to black, have softer texture, become smaller and wrinkled (juice would come out), become very soft when touching it.
IDK. You should ask the manga artist. I think her name is Natsuki Takaya and I think that would be a lot better than posting questions on Wiki.

Do you mean through the manga or between the anime and the manga? Not sure, but I'll answer both: For the anime, there was a different person to draw all of the characters, and so they all look different. The biggest difference is Tohru's eyes are not brown in the anime, and they are blue. And Kyo and Yuki's faces change a bit. You can tell a difference. Same with some of the other characters. And Kagura also is supposed to have brown eyes. But some characters look the pretty much the same though. I also noticed, the chins are more pointy in the manga (especially the first volumes, but it gets better in the later ones) but in the anime, they seem less pointy, and almost rounded. If you mean throughout the manga, its because they're getting older. I think Tohru looks so much prettier once she gets older. And all the characters pretty much change. They all just look a lot older. I see a big difference between Kyo. So that's just because they're getting older - Well atleast what I think. And I'm also guessing she got better at drawing. Like in Phantom Dream, I don't think the characters look all that good, and in the beginning of Fruits Basket, they were okay, but later on in Fruits Basket and in Twinkle Stars (her new one and also called Hoshi Wa Utau i believe) they all look better..... that's just what I have to say. Also because the series ran for so long the artist style changed a bit. There's also speculation that because she injured her drawing hand severely after volume six that it changed the art style from there on out. (she's left handed) Hope that answered your question :)
No, you cannot change the default characters. You will also start with the same characters on start up.
Static characters do not change throughout a story. These characters maintain the same personality, beliefs, and traits from the beginning to the end of the story. They often serve as a point of stability or contrast to the dynamic characters who experience growth or change.
