You use a look ahead carry adder to reduce the propagation delay effects caused by the ripple carry that would otherwise be used. With ripple carry, each stage is dependent on the preceding stage, and this is cumulative. With look ahead carry, the carries are computed in parallel, speeding up the overall process.
An adder-subtractor is a circuit capable of subtracting or adding binary numbers. The application of a 4-bit adder and subtractor is for use as part of the core of an ALU, or arithmetic logic unit.
No. Handguns and other weapons are strictly controlled and with very few exceptions, people are not allowed to carry or even detain firearms in France.
they use morphers which look like watches on their wrists
you should be able to. If you havn't gotten to far ahead i recommend turning the game off and trying again
If you mean that you are trying to catch a roaming legendary and mean look won't work because before you can use mean look the legendary Pokemon flees, then I can help. The reason the legendary Pokemon flees before you can use mean look is that your Pokemon that knows mean look doesn't have as much speed as the legendary Pokemon you want to use mean look on. So, you can do 3 things, A. Give your Pokemon that knows mean look a quick claw to hold so next time you encounter the legendary you use mean look first. B. Get a Pokemon that is able to use mean look with speed over 100 and teach it mean look. C. Feed the Pokemon that know mean look LOTS of carbos, which you can buy at the Veilstone dpt. store keep feeding the Pokemon that knows mean look carbos until it's speed is over 100. Hope i helped

The full adder takes care of everything, A, B, CarryIN, Sum, and CarryOut. I don't see why you would need a half adder after using a full adder, unless you were trying to process look-ahead carry, but that requires more than just a half adder.
The parallel adder which we use in the digital circuits ,the carry output of each full adder stage is connected to the carry input of the next higher order stage.therefore, the sum and carry outputs of any stage cannot be produced until the input carry occurs; This leads to a time delay in the addition process. This delay is known as carry propagation delay. to the second question the propagation delay can be avoided in the binary parallel adder with the help of look ahead carry generator .............................................................................................................................
tie off the carry in to zero logic level.
When you can't look ahead, look by your side.
hii this is use full persentation
A full adder takes two inputs plus carry in and produces one output plus carry out. You need four full adders to add two 4 bit words. (No half adders required.)Or: for the lowest bit you can use a half-adder (no input carry).
A half adder has less components, and may therefore be cheaper. So, in cases where all you need is a half adder, it may be more convenient to use a half adder. Or it may be more convenient to mass-produce only the full adders, since a full adder can work as a half-adder as well. Also, in introductory electronics textbooks, the half-adder would be introduced first, just because it is simpler.
