to create a gap for the manga so it can continue running longer without as many fillers so if its a big series, there won't be that many interuptions and u wont be left hanging for like 2 or 3 weeks
It's to with giving the creator Tite Kubo time to come up with new material, also i think the people who make it are contracted to make so many episodes in a certain amount of time

they just got finnished with the zanpactou unknown tales and now they're starting a new filler. i hate fillers too, but just check every month or so to see if the current episode is a filler. it sucks, but there is really no way to be sure

If you mean Kokutō from Bleach: Hell Chapter, the 4th Bleach movie, he never appeared in the manga so therefore no chapter. All the Bleach movies have storylines which are unique to themselves.
The Bount saga.
Bleach is ongoing at the moment, and as the anime is quite far behind the manga and if they continue with fillers, we can assume the anime will continue for longer than the manga, which isn't ending
While it is true that most fillers are to allow the manga to progress, in case of Naruto Shippuden, its mainly to milk it for what its worth, so to say. The manga is CONSIDERABLY ahead of the anime, so really they shouldn't have any reason to introduce fillers. So yea, milking it for what its worth.

I don't know exactly how many, but there are fillers in the middle of them. Now, there are at least 80. uhm, he asks how many there will be, not how many fillers, ok to the topic, look its imposible to know, Masashi Kishimoto writes the manga, but if the anime gets too close to it, fillers appear k?, so its imposible to know for the moment, besides, naruto is a very popular anime and manga, so it wont end soon
That sort of thing depends on you personally. I found those episodes pretty boring and its the arc after that which is really good. My advice is to skip it but if your that much of a Bleach fan go ahead and watch it. They do introduce some characters that appear later on in the anime but they are only minor characters.
