Pony faints a a result from being sick (because of smoking so much during his time in Windrixville) and the concussion he got from being kick in the head during the rumble. Also the stress of watching Johnny and Dally die probably had to do with the fainting too.

∙ 11y agoBecause a horse is all that Soda had ever wanted, and he'd lost his. And Soda's horse doesn't die, it is sold to someone else. but Ponyboy cries, because he loves soda very much and it made him sad rto know Soda had lost something he'd loved so much. Hope it helps :)
