in the manga, they have killed more or less the same amount of people: Naruto killed Yura and Sasuke killed White Zetsu, then they both killed a lot of Zetsu clones. Sasuke is just more willing to kill because he is full of hate

Itachi still had eyes in his corspe when Madara took his body and Madara extracted Itachi's eyes which has now been transplanted to Sasuke recently. Sasuke now will have eternal mangekyo sharingan.
