Why does Super Junior have low digital sales?

If your wondering why Super Junior new album is so low in the music charts, it is because they lack sufficient digital record sales. The reason for that is because Super Junior excells in the physical records (album) sales. They do not sell well digitally because they released their album without letting the public or their fans (ELFs) know. Truth be told I did not know they released their album until I did some research on wikipedia.
