If you mean at the end of 8th and in the 9th and 10th books, it's because of what happened when J.P. and Lilly broke up. Although everyone thinks they just broke up on amiable terms, J.P. dumped Lilly because "he had a chance with Mia" now that she had broken up with Michale. He basically liked Mia better than Lilly, and that is why Lilly hates Mia. :)
