It's probably because of space. They added they SD slot and if you look at a DSi their is just no where to put it. Also with the built-in memory, ware capabilities, and the browser, it requires more hardware space so in short, no room for it.
even if you could get into pal park without a gba Pokemon game it would be pointless because the only Pokemon found in there are the ones migrated from a gba Pokemon game that you have in your ds/ds lite/dsi
There is a bottom slot to the Nintendo DS where you can insert your gameboy advanced game. However if you own a Nintendo DSi or Nintendo DSi XL, then you cannot play gameboy advanced games.
You need to put Pokemon emerald in the GBA slot the go to Route 211 or Acuity Lkefront WITH Emerald in the GBA slot!
no! what you have to do is have fire red in the GBA slot (not available on Dsi), then go to route 205/valley wind-works and run around in the grass. there is an 8% chance of 1 appearing.
if you have a Nintendo dsi you will not be able to do this as the dsi does not have a gba slot... once you have beaten the elite 4 and received the national dex make ur way to the route you will have to travel by sea over below sandgem town. you will find the PalPark there and be able to do a one-way trade from any GBA Pokemon to and NDS Pokemon provided u have access to PalPark and have the GBA game inserted once u've done this, open up GBA Pokemon and put 6 Pokemon (maximum per day) in the box u wanna migrate save and reset the ds. turn on ur NDS Pokemon and when the game loads go to "migrate from Pokemon (GBA) and u will choose 6 Pokemon to migrate. u will then be able to catch those exact Pokemon in PalPark once successfully migrated. note you cannot trade the opposite way: from NDS => GBA
you need a ds because a dsi doesnt have a gba slot
No. Like the normal-sized DSi, the DSi XL has no GBA slot.
No, that is one disadvantage.
No, the Nintendo DSi does not have a second slot to play GBA games
You can't, there's no slot for them.
You can't. It has no GBA slot.
consideering that the dsi has all the ds features but no gba slot i would have to sa the dsi
All the Nintendo DS games are playable on DSi. The GBA games aren't because the DSi doesn't have a GBA slot to put them in.
Well if the DSI has a GBA slot then yes.
Because there is no GBA slot, aka. Slot-2.
The original DS can play them, as can the DS lite. The DSi, DSi XL and the 3DS do not have a GBA slot.
