Legal writing is the art of writing employed by lawyers and judges when communicating in written form while legal drafting is an advanced form of legal writing where writing skills are employed.
Different teachers probably have different expectations and requirements for an assignment of this type, but in general you should begin with a short summary of the movie. From there, discuss what you found most important, interesting, etc. and include your opinions of these events. You could conclude with your final thoughts and overall opinion of the movie. Remember, you are writing about your personal reaction to the movie, so focus on that rather than trying to recount every little detail of it.

Grammar and writing are not important for the curriculum when the students enter the program with strong writing skills. For example, university programs in the natural sciences usually do not need to emphasize writing skills; the students entering these programs often have sufficient writing skills or the institutional support to develop them, such as a writing center where non-native speaking students can have a tutor help them edit their term papers.
Most schools have student writing center to help students with their papers, but not expect writing center to write the papers for you. That is not the goal of writing center. Writing center is to help students with their paper structure and arguments as well as the grammatical errors and prove reading. It is students' own job to write their own papers.
