You Find Volkner At The Top Of The Lighthouse. Talk To Him and He Will Rant About Weird Stuff. He Will Go To The Gym. Follow Him and Flint Will Talk To You, and Tell You To Battle Him. Battle and Work Your Way Through The Gym (It's a Hard and Big One Full Of Tough Challengers) and Then You Will Get To Battle Volkner. Then Hopfully You Will Win The Badge :D Happy Gaming!
