There are so many factors that cause Indonesia to be so populated. There are higher birth rates than death rates, family planning is not observed, lack of education and poverty are also contributing factors. The current population as of 2014 is estimated to be over 253 million.

Haiti was destroyed by an earthquake and therefore is not only at a lack of funds, but is also requiring help from other countries to help rebuild. I'm not sure completely if Haiti is still receiving help from other countries, but you get the idea.

The rest of the milk is everyone else, and many people in India are extremely poor. Those who live in rural areas may not have water to drink because the Ganges river is polluted. The Ganges river is sacred to Hindus, and it is used for bathing, recreation, and drinking water. India has few wealthy people, but many poor people. India is considered a third world country because of this massive unbalance.
