Why is ben younger in ben 10 omniverse?

Because his name is Ben Tennyson and he can transform into 10 different aliens.

But now he can turn into like many more aliens, about 1 million but only about 50 are mentioned in the show. The Ultimatrix and omnitrix scan a foreign DNA that is not in the Codon Stream therefore saving it and using it for future transformations.
