To catch DRAGONAIR you have to do the same thing to catch DRATINI. What you need to do is climb Mt. Coronet again. When you get outside where the snow is you follow the path and use ROCK CLIMB. Note: Do not use rock climb to climb the second one! Just walk to the right and you should find a cave. Enter the cave and use surf to get right in front of the waterfall (do not climb it). As soon as your facing the waterfall use your super rod (you get it after you beat the Pokemon league at the Fight Area). These Pokemon are really hard to find so they may take some time to find. Who knows? Mabye you might be one of the lucky ones! (I know I was!)
