"The King's Speech" contains neither rude scenes nor implications of violence, though it contains several parts where Colin Firth has to use a few "f" words and similar during the sessions of speech correction in order to improve pronunciation. I've seen it last night and I found no other reason why it should be "R" rated otherwise.
