It is said that seafood should only be eaten during a month with an R in its name, ie from September til April, as seafood harvested during the warmer months, May til August, might be bad and cause food poisoning. So the oysters ought to be concerned when they notice the R in March as it means that they are at an increased risk of being eaten.
