I saw this movie and it is not a bad drama movie for the 80's. I guess the PG rating is for the small amount of violence and possibly the very strong negative emotions associated with this plot. Like the hatred between the father-in-law and Sylvester Stallone and some of the punching that happens during the tournament. There isn't any nudity or really any profanity in this movie.
