In the first episode of season two, you may recall that Rachel sends Charice to a crack house. After this, Charice does not really like the New Directions kids so when she gets an oppurtunity to go over to Vocal Adrenaline, she jumps at it. If you watch the final episode of the season, Charice is back singing for vocal adrenaline.
