Christina Lake in southern British Columbia is considered the warmest treelined lake in Canada. In the winter the water drops to -8 Celsius (17 Fahrenheit) as an extreme and during the summer the water can be as warm as 33 Celsius (90 Fahrenheit). Even though Christina lake is an extremely small town (900 people) It attracts over 100 000 visitors each year!
