Elena then goes behind the evil vampire and stabs him in the neck with a vevain dart. The vampire passes out just for a few minutes. Elena gives Stefan here cut hand and tells him he needs the blood even though Stefan is against drinking human blood. Stefan then is strong enough to kill the other Vampire and get away with Elena.
