Moe Howard died a couple of months later, something that put an end to the Stooges' career. Sitka was not 'officialized' as a stooge and never got to perform in public as such, which is why he's not recognized as one of the six originals (Moe, Curly, Larry, Shemp, Joe, Curly Joe). Well, Curly and Moe were brothers and Larry was a friend. I'm not sure how shimp and curly joe all played in, but I know that about Moe, Larry and Curly because my mom is such a huge fan of the Stooges!
