The ship builders were to blame because:
1) They didnt buy strong enough nils
2) They were on a bujet but they didnt ask for more money to buy stronger nails with but i blame thomas andrews more but its your desision

∙ 14y agoIt was really the shipping line (White Star) that was blamed for not providing enough lifeboats. Also the British Board of Trade.
The shipbuilder might have carried some blame for not insisting on a 'second skin', which could well have saved her.
