I can't find any unaired episodes of The PowerPuff Girls.
"See me, Feel me, Gnomey" was the last episode in the series and was unaired in the United States. However, in honor of the powerpuff girls' ten year anniversary, Craig McCracken made a one-off special entitled 'the powerpuff girls rule' it aired in late 2008/early 2009 depending on which part of the world it was.

Mitchel Musso was the voice of Aang in the unaired version of the pilot episode in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
As of July 1st 2015, from what I can find, there are two unaired episodes, Chez Amy & Blue with Envy& their airdates are unknown.
It is never openly mentioned in the series. In the pilot episode, and in an unaired joke, their surname is mentioned to be Wilkerson. The name is mentioned in other sources too such as on a trailer and a DVD.
Because it isn't a real episode. Plus, it would throw some poeple off because apparently a LOT of people get confused very easily o_o
