Currently, we do not have the technology to achieve such a monumental task in an efficient manner. The Titanic is in two giant pieces in water 12,460 feet deep. The temperature at that depth is just above freezing and the pressure is 6000 pounds per square inch. I suppose the ship could be cut up into little pieces and hoisted to the surface, but this would be extremely time consuming and, I imagine, very expensive. That's probably why this hasn't been attempted seriously.
Some films take up to 1 or 3 years, but titanic took 7 years.

Lifeboats of the Titanic did not ever reach to shore. The survivors were picked up from the lifeboats by other ships.
The ship that picked up the Titanic survivors was the Carpathia.
The Carpathia picked up survivors from the Titanic
Titanic was 882 ft. long.
Titanic was built from the keel up. The stern was not built separately.

You will have to start over again.
The Titanic was not 'holed'. However, if the question was 'How many people can the Titanic HOLD?' then the answer is 3547, I believe. More if there were passengers who would not take up much room, eg. babies.
Shikamaru wont end up with Temari but if ever Ino will be with Sai BUT AGAIN Shikamaru wont end up with Temari 'cause Shikamaru would end up with Ino
they will never get the titanic out of the water because the titanic is so fragile at the minute if we move it at all it will just end up worse so there is no point really. i think it wouldn't change the ocean surface in anyway because they wont be able to move the titanic unless they get some classic technologhy to do the trick :)
