That Is A Stupid Glitch If This Happens You CAN NOT Get Shaymin "sky form" :( unless your using it during the night time then its just that shaymin cant turn into its sky form at night

You won't get it. you can only get the Gracidea flower in Pokemon Platinum. If you got the shaymin from diamond and put it in platinum it wouldn't work, you have to get a event shaymin from mystery gift or go to toys'rus at certain times. You can also get it in HG/SS in the flower shop in goldenrod city. that also involves the event shaymin.

Yes, there is! It is a island with all the legendary pokemon. You can get the event in 2012. It is next to shaymin, Go up. It wont work. It is out of the map! It doesnt appear in Google..........

You need Mystery Gift. Once you have it select Mystery Gift then select Receive Gift then select either one of the three options. For this to work you must have a special Wireless Adapter for the Nintendo DS. Then select the option for the Mystery Gift Event for Shaymin. Go to Route 224 and you will see a White Rock with Proffesor Oak in front of it. Say that you want to give your thank to him and flowers will appear also a new path. Then Shaymin will walk up to you. An exlamation point will appear over your head, Proffesor Oak's head and Shaymin's head. He will run back to his home which is in the new path. Go through the flowers and go up the stairs where Shaymin is. Save here and battle Shaymin. Shaymin is at lvl 30.
If you defeat shaymin can you challenge it again?
You can't unless you got another Pokemon game and defeat the elite four and then capture Shaymin. But that's a lot of work!

It was obtained in an event in America and you had to buy a special ticket in Japan to get it. (Unsure about the other countries). Once you have that Shaymin, make sure it is in your party. Go to Floaroma Town and speak to the blond close to the sign with Floroma's map on it. She will notice the Shaymin and give you Graceada Flowers. Go to your key item's pocket and use the flowers on Shaymin. It will become Sky Forme. Note: The Graceada Flowers will work on ANY Shaymin according to several accounts I've read. However, you must have the legit Shaymin in order to get the flowers. o i bought it and was wonderin y it wont work TY TTY shamin will only be in sky form in the morning only, so by night shamin with turn back to normal

You have to have the Movie Shaymin. If you recived a Shaymin via Oak's Letter (If tried it) it won't work. There is a code for action replay that'll give you the movie Shaymin, or if you don't ask the people on gamefaqs and sometimes they'll give you one. Hope that clarifies. The Shaymin I received was Japanese, maybe the Japanese Shaymin via Oak's Letter will work. But the one I received was from the movie.

I think that shaymin's forms are exclusive to platinum as they require a giveaway from a Nintendo event. If it wasnt built into platinum pearl/diamond then you wont be able to change its form. It would be like trying to trade across Pokemon to lower generation games which don't support that Pokemon. If the method for doing it in platinum doesnt work then you simply cant do it.
