Why you be charged for watching tv shows on tv fanatic the site is advertised as being free but when you tried to watch an episode of Fargo you were instructed to pay 1.99 to amazon?

Most likely it says "Free*", and the * part has in tiny print "The site is free, but if you want to actually watch shows, get your wallet out." Not in so many words, of course, but that's normally how these things work.
