Yes he does. He comes to America for a job and get's one in New York. Then he visits Lena and they get back together for about a week and they also have sex , but then he get's a call from Greece and tell's Lena he's going back for a while and doesn't tell her why. A week a later Lena's family get's a call from Greece and they find out that her grandfather got a stroke. The family goes back to Greece and find out that their grandfather has died, and find out that Kostos got married because when Lena left last summer he got a new girlfriend and had sex with her and got her pregnant.
