I doubt it, Sasuke is well developed character within the story, and in Naruto, they normally don't kill them. (exceptions: asuma and akatsuki ). For example when Kakashi dies, in the end he is able to come back to life. But you will have to wait and see, for the real answer.

No he is not dead...Just because Madara pearced him on last page of 661 chapter, doesn-t mean he is dead...Ksihimoto does that a lot...He made Hinata and Kakashi look as they are dead, so he would keep their very large fan base on a lease so they read his manga and buy it to see what happens with their beloved characters...Kishimoto know how to harvest a love fan or otaku has toward his characters, he also enjoys it, and do it frequently not only with major characters, but with minor characters, like Yudachi...As you look, form part two, on every chapter at end he made something unfinished, or tragic but without resolving, so he would tickle the imagination of readers to read manga...
I say Sasuke and Naruto aint dead, never will be, also for Neji, it is questionable, what will be at end...
