there is no super saiyajin 5 AF is a fan made manga just like its toys it was originally a prank AF standing for April Fools and it took toriyama funimation and toe animation to say they did not make it nor were they ever planning too so no there is no super saiyan 5 and vegeta like goku will never get there

Great Ape --> Golden Great Ape --> Super Saiyan 4, altough Goku can transform to Super Saiyan 4 directly from saiyan, at will after the events of the first super saiyan 4 tranformation. And the Golden Great Ape tranformation is achieved by Goku after seeing the Earth and using the sunlight reflected on it.
There is no higher form indicated by the series in any why what so ever. There may be fan fiction but that is limited to fan fiction.
