Yes it will. Naruto Generations will start in the very beginning of Naruto and work its way up to Naruto Shippuden.

It will probably be released in 2012. Because I read everything in the naruto wiki and it says on a character if they are playable in a game and it says naruto and everyone else like sasuke guren Sakura A ect. Will be in that game. It also said the realease date is 2012 in English and japaneese. Also I read that naruto uns generations start from the start of the naruto series to the 5 kage summit arc. If I where the creator of the series and video games I would have still had it when they were young but start the game when uns 2 ended.
