There is a Law & Order movie, starring Chris Noth. It's called Exiled: A Law & Order Movie, and it came out in 1998. It takes place after Season 5 (after Noth's character, Detective Mike Logan, punches a congressman and gets demoted to a beat cop on Staten Island). The movie is about Logan trying to solve a murder which he hopes will get him reinstated to his old job as a Dectective in the 27th Precinct.
Unfortunately, it has never been made available on VHS orDVD. Occasionally they play it on TNT, though.
The original Law and Order (1990-2010) series was cancelled by NBC as of the final episode of May 24, 2010. Creator, Dick Wolf said he would attempt to find a new network to carry it.
