Sadly, yes it did. They had a great 10 seasons with the best couples (Chloe & Olliver, Lois & Clark). This is what happened on the last episode:
Lois and Clark are about to get married but Oliver is possesed by darkness and tries to give Clark Gold Kryptonite. Chloe notices it and gets everybody out of the church before people are hurt. Then everybody notices a fire planet heading torward earth that will wipe out the population. Lois tries to get the government to not send out a missle that will destroy a third of the planet because she thinks that Clark will be able to save everyone. Thank the Lord..He does with his strength and our beautiful planet is saved. At the end you see Chloe reading a comic (about superman/clark and his life that the series was about) to her adorable son that gladly looks just like oliver! While she leaves the room, their son looks at a gathering of arrows and a bow (i guess this lets everybody know that he will one day follow in his fathers footsteps) and chloe gets a phone call from Lois saying that she got a blue bow. It then shifts over to Lois and Clark who are at the daily planet and bump into each other. They talk about not being late and then you hear people yelling about an accident that's happening and Clark tells Lois to tell the ministor that he will be a little late. You then see him running on the rooftop of the daily planet and he pulls his shirt and you see the Superman symbol. You then realize that he is wearing the amazing tights and cape and he has fulfilled his destiny. He...is Superman! I hope this helped.

Not sure when it will air in the UK because airings of season 9 are still on.

Currently, the only chance Hal Jordan has any time soon of being in a tv series is either in Smallville or Batman: The Brave And The Bold, but neither of them are actually Justice League series. There are rumours of a Justice League spinoff in the future, live action, based on Smallville, but at this point, it's just that: a rumour. But still… Smallville is quite popular and there was an Aquaman tv series pilot........ There's always hope!
