The Departed 2 is currently under development and Mark Wahlberg announced last November that Brad Pitt who produced the first movie and Robert De Niro who was to play Martin Sheen's role as Captain Queenan were in talks to play as the bad guys in the sequel though nothing else has been confirmed and it's a still a question whether there will be a sequel or not. Mark Wahlberg also stated that he would love to return as Dignam in the sequel only if the sequel can be made better than the first.

What is correct grammar has departed or had departed?

The correct grammar is "had departed." This is because "departed" is the past participle form of the verb "depart," and when using the past perfect tense, we need to use the auxiliary verb "had" followed by the past participle form.

Which is correct grammatically faithful departed or faithfully departed?

It depends on your meaning. Sometimes people refer to a dead person as "the departed," so you would say "the faithful departed" in that context. However, if you mean someone left faithfully, you'd say "they faithfully departed on their mission."
