Whether or not there is a sequel depends on how well "Immortals" did at the box office. The film did in fact turn a handsome profit and continues to do so through DVD/Blue Ray sales, selling out at many outlets within the first week at stores. However, the film had a very conclusive ending leaving perhpas only Acamus to carry on in the fight against evil in his father's footsteps, perhaps with Theseus' help now that Theseus is himself a demi-god on Mt. Olympus.
