They already have out Vol. 1 & 2. It entirely depends on the sale of the series. I saw Chowder Vol. 1 DVD on sale at the store (Tom Thumb) recently for $8.95 whereas Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was selling for $14.95. With this kind of pricing scheme it seems unlikely there will be a 3rd release to stores, maybe direct sales through their main site, however.
