No, this is not game share described below. It is using your download purchase to enable you to download again. It does fall under the rules to allow you to be banned from the PlayStation network in several different areas. see related link Trusting someone to log into your account is foolish, but if you were to do so change your password. Remember that the download of your purchases are able to be repeated because you may need to upgrade your harddrive or replace the console. You may find yourself without the ability to download without buying it again because you gave the downloads away
Yes but you would need another person who has the map pack. then you log on to their account. then you download it to your hardrive(PS3)
It would be a good idea to have your friend just come to your house and do it without you looking so they can trust that you won't hack their account. I'm also pretty sure that Sony allows it and it's totally legal, but I think you can only do it five times, or a certain item can only be downloaded five times. I'm not totally sure how it works. You should just look it up.
