Eating fruits and vegetables are important to help the body benefit from the vitamins, minerals and fibre and a person should have 5 portions a day (fruit juice included, potato is NOT a vegetable , is a carbohydrate) but these have nothing to do with growing taller, this is inherited.

A balanced diet is important for normal development and vegetables are an important part of our diet. Failing to do so may well affect your overall health and your bodies development, including growth.
