Does women empowerment leads to divorce?

Kinda-sorta, but not really. The true root cause of divorce is - of course that the woman isn't happy in her marriage. A happy woman won't divorce even if she is empowered. What empowerment does is that it makes it easier for unhappy women to seek divorce.Without empowerment, she might not have had any other choice but to put up with the situation despite being unhappy.Being married should be an act of love and respect, not something done out of sheer necessity. Keeping someone married by denying them the choice to do different doesn't seem like a particularly friendly or humane thing to do. Can't be much of a marriage either.

India, the sub-continent, is indubitably a great country of miscellaneous cultures, traditions, religions, castes and geographical characteristics. However, India is even known for its sobriquet 'male-chauvinistic nation '. It 's 'Bharath Maatha ' who is inturn a woman that serves as the mother of every Indian. While such a woman looks after every Indian child, women in general are simply being disregarded at the dominant men 's best. Men ought not to forget the fact that 'men ' are in 'WOmen '. Women are no less than men in India in any sector. Women are not what they really were. Some decades ago, women were limited to the kitchen. Today, Indian women have made their presence felt virtually in every field. Women have ultimately come out of their 'saree ' image and entrap the nation by dint of their hardwork and power. Women Empowerment is infact the ability of women to exercise full control over one's actions. Empowerment of women in India is conspicuous by many live examples.

What is meant by 'womenโ€™s empowerment', and why is it needed?

Women's empowerment (or female empowerment) may be defined in several ways, including accepting women's viewpoints, making an effort to seek them and raising the status of women through education, awareness, literacy, and training. Women's empowerment equips and allows women to make life-determining decisions through the different societal problems. They may have the opportunity to re-define gender roles or other such roles, which allow them more freedom to pursue desired goals. Women's empowerment has become a significant topic of discussion in development and economics. Economic empowerment allows women to control and benefit from resources, assets, and income. It also aids the ability to manage risk and improve women's well-being. It can result in approaches to support trivialized genders in a particular political or social context. While often interchangeably used, the more comprehensive concept of gender empowerment concerns people of any gender, stressing the distinction between biological and gender as a role. Women empowerment helps boost women's status through literacy, education, training and awareness creation. I know an organization, Shekunj which is a Leading Women Empowerment Organization in India providing Free Online Training and Courses based on in-demand skills, Career Counselling and Guidance, Entrepreneurial and Job Support, Free Mental and Physical Health Awareness Sessions.
