EMPs affect red dot sights and all enemy kill streaks. Even though red dot sight is affected, the holographic sight can still be used.
name something an emp
depends on the voltage of the batteries.. four 12 volt car batteries would output 4x12 = 48 v
Every hovercraft in the movie the Matrix had an EMP switch that worked like a self-destruct switch. Bane prematurely detonates an EMP disabling the other human ships, nearly assuring their defeat but it did not defeat Zion. With only two ships remain working Neo takes one to the surface for a face-to-face with the machines, while Morpheus flies the other back to Zion (deep underground) and sets off the EMP just in time to save the humans from a fierce attack of machines.
Frozen batteries last longer unfrozen batteries.
we wouldn't have portable things like sell phones
No. It will not be affected by an electrical pulse.
A DVD is an inert item and has no electronic components. The DVD won't be affected, but you might have difficulty finding something to play it one.
No and it won't damage electromechanical or vacuum tube based equipment. What it will ruin it solidstate electronics. So an old car with points and a distributer will work just fine after an EMP, but all modern cars with electronic ignition and computers will be dead.
An EMP
EMP Museum was created in 2000.

EMP Merchandising was created in 1986.
yes but when a emp hits a helicopter it will shut down all electronics in the helicopter then losing controle of it self then it will crash
EMP is caused by nuclear weapons.
EMP just Freezes and hurts opponents
Hypothetically speaking of course, because their ships and bodies are shielded with some sort of highly energetic field then most likely the effects of an EMP would be negated. Also their technology might be impervious to EMP's, just as fiber optic cabling is. Third, even if they have some tech that is electronic circuitry based the nanites that are swarming though-out their systems might be able to repair the microscopic damage almost instantly. So my guess would be... no, they would not be destroyed by an EMP.
It's a cartoon.I am confident in saying that if it were important to the plot of an episode that Gir have batteries, he would have had batteries, and if it were important to the plot of an episode that Gir not have batteries, he would not have had batteries.
